Not as warm as last week in these parts, sadly. But at least it stayed dry and the sun did make an appearance so I can’t really complain. I kept my head down in sheer determination of getting ahead on my reading schedule, which worked really well. My next book is scheduled to be reviewed on Friday, so I totally call that a win. To reward myself, I squeezed in a book with 500 pages and thus a total of 6 books this week is not too shabby at all. Although that could have been 7 if it hadn’t been for Eurovision last night. Oops.
Books I’ve read this week
Books I’ve bought this week
I should really stop buying books. Works just as well as saying “no” to blog tours, apparently. 🙄

Pretty sure my neighbours heard my scream when I was approved for Us Against You! (Huge thanks to Janel for the heads-up!)
Bookpost that landed on my doorstep this week
Yes, blog tour books. Shut up.

Next week on Novel Deelights
Another week packed full of daily posts. There may be a few blog tours. Among them Absolution by Paul Hardisty, Dying Truth by Angela Marsons and I will also be sharing my review for Dorothy Koomson’s The Brighton Mermaid.
I need a holiday. Or a few days without internet so I miss out on a ton of emails I apparently can’t ignore. 😄
Right, no time to waste! Back to reading! Have a stupendously fantastic week and I wish you all lots of happy reading! xx
Good for you for catching up. As for the new blog tour books, well it would be dangerous to go cold turkey wouldn’t it?!!! 😉

That’s a very good point! And slightly evil enabler-like but I’m okay with that 😉😂

We’ve got the sunshine today but the wind is still really chilly.

Loved The Old You thought it was such an original read. As for the blog tours to not be on them you do need to say “no” has anyone told you that? 😂

Multiple times. Including myself to myself. I may have selective hearing. Or amnesia 😂

Your comments always make me smile, Eva. We’re very similar in how we just cannot control ourselves around books.

Always fun to know someone can relate. And at least this is a healthy addiction 😄

No blog tours or new books – what would you do with yourself? I’m just as bad, currently just about to start a book for a blog tour slot on Tuesday. Why do we do this to ourselves?

I think you answered your own question there. What would we do with ourselves indeed! As long as we’re still having fun, it’s all good 😀
