Thank you so much for all the well-wishes last week! They were very much appreciated and did the job as well. By Tuesday, I finally felt like I turned the corner and was on my way to beating this nasty virus. It’s been a much better week.
Books I’ve read this week
My reading took a bit of a knock though. I did read a book with 500 pages, so there’s that. But it’s actually the Winter Olympics that’s wreaking havoc on my reading time. I can’t tear myself away from the tv. 😄
Books I’ve bought this week
A bargain, one I’ve already read and one I’ve been wanting to read for ages.
ARC’s received via Netgalley
Yes, for blog tours. 😄
Bookpost that landed on my doorstep this past week
On the blog this past week

Next week on Novel Deelights
One of these weeks, I’ll be able to say I won’t be on any blog tours. (I will! Stop laughing!) This week is not that week. I’ll be hosting stops on two Orenda tours, Blue Night and Killed. And then it’s on to two Bloodhound Books tours, Scent of Guilt and Cut The Threads.
Right, back to the Olympics. I mean, writing reviews. 😳
Have a great week and happy reading! xx
I’m glad you are feeling better. I also received the book from Hideaway Fall, great packages from them, I hope the book is really good too, it looks like he will get loads of reviews. I also like the look of The Letter.
I’m not a huge fan of the Olympics, but I do like the ice skaters.
Happy reading,
Amanda.

I like the ice skating pairs. I find the individual ones a bit boring. I’m totally into curling though 😄

Glad you feel better. I love the Winter Olympics but don’t have a TV so can’t watch any of it live 😦

I don’t watch most of it live either because of the time difference. Cant you watch live online?

Unfortunately not, as you need a TV license to watch live tv or the catch up online for the BBC 😣

Sometimes it’s ok to do something other than read books and even though I’m not into sport the winter Olympics is something that I do enjoy.
I do like the look of The Letter but as you know I’m not buying books atm. haha

I’m the same. Not really into sports but I do enjoy the Olympics and I’ll be watching Euro 2018 football as well. Must remember not to sign up for tours those weeks 😄

I know. It’s a disease. 😄. I actually deleted some five or so emails this week and felt proud of myself. Then signed up for four in the last two days 🤣😂

Glad you’re feeling better. I’m looking forward to catching up with the Winter Olympics for the last few days when I get back from holiday. I know precisely what you mean about blog tours…they require an iron will to resist. I’ve set myself a rule to sign up for only one tour that needs a review per week. If another lovely tour comes along for that same week it will have to be an extract, guest post or Q&A. And no more than three tours per week in total, ideally two. It seems to be working to make me feel less under pressure and allow me to read books from my TBR.
